Sasha Walpole, who Prince Harry mentioned in his memoir 'Spare' as the woman who took his virginity, shares her perspective on their brief encounter.

In his 2023 memoir, Spare, Prince Harry recounted a youthful experience of losing his virginity to an older woman in a field behind a pub. He described the encounter as a "humiliating episode" with an older English woman who had a penchant for horses. This revelation sparked widespread speculation about the woman's identity.

Recently, Sasha Walpole, a 40-year-old former groom at King Charles' Highgrove estate, stepped forward claiming to be the woman in question. In an interview, Walpole detailed the events of that evening in July 2001, when she was 19 and Harry was 16. She recounted celebrating her birthday at The Vine Tree Inn in Norton, Wiltshire, where they consumed multiple shots of tequila. The two friends then ventured into a nearby field, leading to a spontaneous and brief sexual encounter. Walpole described it as a "wham-bam" moment, emphasizing the impulsive nature of their actions.
